Registered voters living in the school district for at least 6 months are eligible to apply. There is a possibility of starting a jiu-jitsu club at IHS. It would be a club lead by Coach Pinkley (G.J.J. Blue Belt) and Mr. Waddel (BJJ Black Belt). It would be for boys and girls in grades 9-12. The club would be held in the gym after school 1 to 2 times a week. If interested, there is a mandatory parent meeting and requirements that have to be met before participation is allowed. Choctaw Nation will be at Indianola on Monday for students in need of TDap shots. IF you need your student to have this immunization, please return the forms to the office Monday morning. Only students with completed forms will receive immunizations.

Pitt8 Baseball Tournament: Indianola will play at Crowder against Crowder at 6pm. There will be 3 games before ours. If any games finish early, play for Indianola may start before the 6pm scheduled time. Current plans are that the Saturday Games will return to Kiowa at the previously scheduled times.

This Thursday night in the cafeteria from 5:30 to 7:30 is our annual BBQ Bash. This event is cosponsored by the local Masonic lodge and for only $10 a person or $30 Max per household, you can enjoy some wonderful bbq, let the little ones play on some inflatables, bid on the silent auctions, and support our school. Funds raised go towards the purchase of classroom furniture.
