4th Grade Students arrived to the super bowl party with tickets in hand and got them scanned on their way in. They started the day with a coin toss tournament. They created a Diamante poem together, predicted the super bowl scores by calculating touch downs, extra points, field goals, and two point conversions. Students were able to research the location of each NFL team and place them on the map. For science, they learned about gravity and tested what they learned with a football throwing competition. The day was finished out with super bowl snacks.
